The Baxter Travel Club provides an extensive worldwide delivery network and home patient service program that provides peritoneal dialysis patients with the option to travel while on dialysis.

You can travel to many different locations if it is supported by the Baxter Travel Club and approved by your renal care team.

Please discuss your travel plans with the Baxter’s Customer Care Representative BEFORE you book your flight or confirm your reservation as advanced notice is required.
Provide sufficient notice to the Baxter Customer Care Representative (CCR):
Four (4) weeks advance notice within Canada
Six (6) weeks within USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Minimum three (3) months for travel to international destinations outside of Canada and USA*.
Please be aware that certain international destinations require four (4) or more months of notice. Please refer to the interactive map for more information on each international destination.
*Until further notice, Baxter is unable to deliver PD supplies directly to international cruise ship destinations (including the U.S.). Instead, Baxter can deliver supplies to a hotel, and the patient will be responsible for transporting their supplies from the hotel to the ship (as well as covering any associated transportation costs).
